E-Z Contact Book is an easy-to-use yet powerful Windows application for managing contact information.
You can use it as a personal contact address/phone book, business directory, or a customer database.
You can maintain personal and business phone numbers, emails, web pages, addresses, customer notes and reminders on important events in one simple application.

Customer Database for a Small Company
E-Z Contact Book is the perfect solution for small businesses to use as a customer database and to keep records of business contacts: all the features applicable for personal use plus company/job title/department information and date-stamped customer notes. It allows you to share contact information among employees using Sync. It provides an easy way to import data from other software and advanced features for data entry.

Sync with other PC's and mobile devices
Synchronization (or simply Sync) allows easy, accurate and reliable transfer of any changes to your contacts from E-Z Contact Book to your smartphone, tablet or another PC, and back. Sync is compatible with standard Contacts apps installed on iPhone, iPad, Android devices, and Mac PC's that share the same Google account.

Calendar and reminders
E-Z Contact Book can show advance notifications of birthdays, anniversaries, or other family or business events. They are periodically displayed in a popup window similar to Windows 10 notifications.
You can also setup reminders for recurring events (repeatable with some interval). Using reminders, you will never forget about important events.
The built-in calendar view allows to review, create new reminders, edit and delete them.

E-Z Contact Book Pricing
You may try E-Z Contact Book free for 30 days. Once this 30-day period has expired, you must either buy a license to use it or uninstall it from your computer.
Buying a license is easy. When you click the BUY NOW button of your choice below, you will be navigated to the secure PayPal site to complete your payment. Shortly after the purchase is processed by PayPal, you will receive an email with your license key and instructions on how to register it.
PayPal accepts payments by all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express, PayPal account is NOT required for that), debit cards, or PayPal balance (PayPal account is required).
The lifetime license will be valid for all future updates. Updates are always FREE.

Support
The license must be activated by online registration after the program is installed or after the expiry of the 30-day trial period. Registration can be done any time upon receipt of the license key.
Activation on a new computer will count towards your maximum number of activations. The license must be activated again after reinstalling the Windows operating system, such as after replacing the computer’s hard drive. In such cases, you can avoid counting toward your total number of activations by removing the license from your old computer or operating system before setting up the new one. Please see the FAQ article on how to do that.

Before reporting a problem, ensure that you have the most recent version of the program installed (click menu Help > Check for Updates) - chances are the problem you are about to report has already been fixed in the most recent release.
When sending a support email, especially if you are reporting a problem, please include the following information:
- What operating system is being used *
- Version of the program being used *
- Detailed description of the problem (error message if there is one, or a screenshot)
- If possible, steps to reproduce the problem
Information on operating system and (most important!) program version will automatically be filled in the email Subject line when you click the Support Email link in the program About box.
The more details you provide, the better chances are to resolve the problem.
